Miami had its moment.
Add that southern city to the Major League Soccer expansion list.
Never mind there's no team in place or a stadium or even a firm date to start play.
The city of Miami is in and soccer fans there are spending the day in celebratory fashion.
They're feeling the love of expansion excitement.
In Cincinnati, however, the Miami madness has deepened the wonder of FC Cincinnati supporters about when.
After Nashville was selected late last year and now that Miami has been added, fans here are growing more anxious about when they will hear from MLS one way or another.
"Miami was a known team being added. The only question was when," said passionate FCC fan Kevin Wallace on Monday.
He cannot help but think it is close.
"If you were betting right now of a team in the entire soccer landscape who's ready to join in 2019, it's FC Cincinnati," mused Wallace.
FCC has a team, a temporary home, fan support that's a human "wow factor" and a city-county deal on a new stadium.
Its president and CEO, Jeff Berding, that told us last week, although the decision is taking longer than anticipated, the process must be respected.
Hamilton County Commission President Todd Portune advised a deep breath Monday afternoon.
"People start speculating and they start saying this and they start looking for signs," said Portune.
He noted it's normal to want certainty, but it's not always possible.
"It's in the hands of MLS and there's not a darn thing we can do about it," said Portune. "The bid is in."
The bid involves the Oakley site.
But, a key traffic study is not yet finished and there is no firm indication about when it will be completed.
According to Berding, an unspecified West End location and an already-identified Newport site remain in the running.
It's not yet clear exactly how the open discussion will go on Wednesday when Cincinnati school board members meet.
They know that FC Cincinnati has taken an interest in some West End parcels as a potential stadium site.
It's also not known if Hamilton County Commissioners will re-vote to reaffirm their commitment to the Oakley site.
The resolution passed by the commission to fund the construction of a new parking garage expired at the end of last year.
That's a technicality that does not change the commitment the county made.
But, there might be a re-vote this week or next as the MLS waiting game continues.
