The NFL Scouting Combine can be an overrated event where people pay way too much attention to numbers and can quickly forget that performance on the field should always take precedent. That said, there is still value when it comes to some of the numbers at the Combine.
Teams have certain thresholds they like to see at different positions and if a prospect doesn't meet them, the value of that player can be put a bit into question. Some might even be asked to move positions because of not meeting the lowest standards allowed by a team. Now, maybe this isn't the best way to operate, but it is something many NFL teams do.With the first day of weigh-ins at the Combine in the books, it's a great opportunity to see who some of the winners and losers were from the running back and offensive line prospects. For the Broncos, these are two positions that I'm sure they are taking a very close look at through this entire Combine. Some players made themselves quite a bit of money, while others might have lost just as much.• Hit the —> to begin!
