We've reached the time of year that some NBA fans are obsessed with ping pong balls.
The 2018 NBA Draft Lottery is upon us and the fortunes of many NBA franchises will change indefinitely depending on the results of this year's ping pong balls.
Here are the 14 NBA teams in the lottery with their corresponding chances at landing the No. 1 pick and then their overall chances of getting a top 3 pick, according to ESPN.com

The Atlanta Hawks (12.8 percent at No. 1 pick, 39.8 percent at top 3 pick)
The Orlando Magic (10.7 percent at No. 1 pick, 34.1 percent at top 3 pick)
