DETROIT - The questions came far sooner than they expected, and Miles Bridges , Jaren Jackson and Nick Ward didn't have answers for them.

All three Michigan State players didn't say if they will leave Michigan State and enter the NBA Draft following the Spartans second-round tournament upset loss to Syracuse.

"I'm thinking about my teammates," Bridges said in the postgame locker room. "That's it."

Bridges has widely been expected to leave for the NBA after shocking the basketball world last offseason by returning for his sophomore season. He's been consistently projected to go in the top 15 picks of the first round of this year's NBA draft.

As he has all year, though, he avoided questions about where he will play next season.

Spartans coach Tom Izzo said Bridges hasn't given him any indication as of his future plan, but said "I'm expecting him to go."

Jackson, the Spartans' star freshman forward, saw his draft stock rise throughout the year as he set Michigan State's single-season blocks record.

He said late in the season that he would start the decision-making process for the NBA after the year. In the postgame locker room on Sunday night, Jackson declined to answer questions about the NBA

"I'm not answering any questions about that right now," Jackson said.

A third Michigan State player also indicated his return to Michigan State isn't assured. Asked if he would submit his name to the NBA Draft, Ward said he wasn't sure.

"It's too soon to tell," Ward said. "Too soon to tell."

Players can declare for the NBA Draft and take part in team workouts and the scouting combine and still withdraw from the draft and return to school, provided they don't hire an agent.
